Terrell Marshall & Daudt PLLC ("TMD") is a Seattle law firm that concentrates its practice in complex civil litigation, including commercial, construction defects, eminent domain, employment, and class actions. Located in the Fremont neighborhood of Seattle, we offer our clients exceptional legal services and trial advocacy without the stuffiness of a downtown law firm. TMD's founding members, Beth Terrell, Toby Marshall, Michael Daudt and Jennifer Murray, are committed to providing high-quality legal services in a cost-effective and efficient manner.

TMD lawyers possess a broad range of civil litigation experience. We have aggressively and successfully litigated many cases, often against large national defense firms. Not only do we excel in the courtroom, we also succeed in crafting creative resolutions for our clients. TMD lawyer Michael Daudt, as counsel to small and medium-sized businesses, especially in the construction and real estate industries, understands the need to think beyond the bounds of traditional litigation whenever possible. When representing landowners in eminent domain and condemnation actions where public entities or agencies seek to take their property, Michael expertly postures the case to ensure that his clients receive just compensation.

Due to many years of experience as counsel for classes of employees, consumers and investors, we know how to prosecute claims against companies that violate state or federal law in ways affecting hundreds, thousands, hundreds of thousands, and even millions of individuals. TMD's class action attorneys, Beth Terrell, Toby Marshall and Jen Murray, have successfully certified state, multi-state, and national class actions in cases involving wage and hour violations, consumer fraud, and defective products. We have represented classes against defendants ranging from large Fortune 500 companies like Wal-Mart, Microsoft, Best Buy, Weyerhaeuser, and AT&T Wireless to smaller local and regional companies. As co-lead class counsel in numerous cases, we have achieved settlement benefits for class members totaling hundreds of millions of dollars.

When representing individual employees with wrongful termination or discrimination claims, or people with life-altering personal injuries, Beth Terrell and Toby Marshall understand how to effectively prepare a case for resolution, whether through settlement or trial. The talent and experience Beth and Toby bring to their cases puts their clients at ease while navigating the complexities of litigation.

Regardless of the type or size of case, we provide responsive and personal service, do outstanding legal work, and strive to obtain successful outcomes for our clients — all in an efficient and cost-effective way.
